Scissor Lift Pallet Jacks

A scissor lift pallet jack (also known as a high-lift jack) is a hybrid tool that combines a pallet jack's mobility with a lift table's vertical capability. Once the forks reach a certain height, the scissor legs lock into place for stability, creating a stationary workstation.

Manual scissor lift jacks require the operator to pump the handle to raise the load, which is suitable for lower-frequency tasks. Electric scissor lift pallet jacks use a battery-powered hydraulic pump to lift the load, which increases speed and reduces operator fatigue in high-volume environments.

They should be used whenever a pallet needs to be loaded or unloaded by hand. By lifting the pallet to waist height, the operator does not have to bend down repeatedly, which prevents back injuries and increases productivity.

These jacks are commonly used in commercial printing, pharmaceutical packaging, automotive assembly, e-commerce packing stations, and any manufacturing environment involving repetitive pallet handling.

Most high lift pallet jacks are designed to reach a maximum height of approximately 31.5 inches (800mm), which is the standard height for most industrial workbenches and conveyor systems.
